"Beautiful Villa" (8th June 2015) – Trip Advisor 5/5 – JENNY PRICE stay in May 2015 - This was my first villa holiday so I was slightly apprehensive, but I shouldn't have been. Any questions I had when booking were answered quickly, the owners always got back to me within the day with any queries. The villa was very easy to find thanks to the owners very detailed directions and the villa is exactly as it appears in the pictures ( If anything the pictures didn't do it justice!) The whole place was clean and fresh when we arrived, the pool is fantastic, the kids were never out of it. There is a field behind which makes it a very quiet peaceful place, was lovely to sit out on an evening and only hear the crickets. There is air con throughout, and the managers are only a few doors away and are on hand if you need them plus they come to check the pool every few days ( they come early through the gate so you wont be disturbed ). I cant think of anything I could say that I wished the villa had, everything I needed was there, right down to a couple of buckets and spades in the shed for the kids to borrow for the beach, ( and a hoover to get all the sand from the hire car!). There is a brilliant supermarket 10-15 mins walk from the villa which sells pretty much everything you can think of from clothes, pool inflatables, local fresh food, to Brand name food, English washing powder, a butchers & fish counter, everything we needed! All in all a brilliant place to stay, nice quiet area, but not to far away from all amenities , I would happily recommend this villa and would definitely go back to Villa Coralie.

"What a relaxing holiday in a super villa!" (1st May 2015) – 5/5 – RICHARD THRIEN stay in June 2014 - Villa Coralie was everything and more than we expected. The villa itself is spacious, very well equipped with a super outlook onto open fields. It has a private pool and spacious gardens. We liked the fact that the villa was just outside Coral Bay so we could truly switch off and relax but yet were close enough to walk to the beach and restaurants. We hired a car during our stay and had a few day trips up to the wine region, the Akamas peninsula and into Paphos itself. We have been to Cyprus before but Coral Bay is now my favourite area and we will definitely be booking again to stay in this villa. The owner sent us detailed instructions before we travelled. Very pleased with the whole experience and can highly recommend it!

"Excellent in so many ways" (23rd April 2015) – 5/5 – AVIE LUTHRA stay in March 2015 - This is a great rental, and having stayed in many in the past all over Europe, this is definitely one of the best. Clean, well run, with very good amenities. It is also close to the beach . The owner is very responsive and always trying to make it better. We paid for the heated pool and after 10 years of renting in Europe, this was the first time we had a heated pool that was genuinely heated. My boys swam for hours each day. Very recommended and I will be going back.

"The perfect way to relax and enjoy Coral Bay - Great Villa - Great Location" (5th April 2015) – 5/5 – SIMON & WENDY HEAL – stay in May 2013 - The arrangements, location and the villa itself was all about a relaxing , high quality , great value for money, holiday experience and one we are going to do again as we have already re-booked for this year and this time we are taking our best friends with us !. The ease and efficient way of making the booking this and last time gets you in the mood for a great holiday for any couple or family wanting a excellently located , high standard and well equipped villa in Coral Bay. Inside the villa itself, it is very spacious, well-furnished and very clean and has all that you would need to dine inside or use the stone barbeque that is located in the large patio area at the back of the villa. For my wife and I the winning formula is the patio area, which can be a real sun trap, but there is also parasols and plenty of places around the well-established garden to enjoy the sun in the shade . The patio furniture is of a high standard and the pool which is well maintained makes the villa the perfect holiday villa. But over and above that , the location is a winner. It is so peaceful with only fields to look out onto , but within a 10 minute walk you can enjoy excellent bars and restaurants on the Coral Bay strip. A place I would recommend , ideal location , great facilities and good value for money.

"Perfect for a relaxing holiday in ideal surroundings" (22nd March 2015) – 5/5 – KATE & JOHN REYNOLDS stay in April 2014 & 2015 - What wonderful places Coral Bay and Corallia Beach are, we were first introduced to the area in 2,000 when our son got married there. We have been coming back regularly since then. We found Villa Coralie some 5 years ago and have been returning ever since. The villa is very well equipped to high standards providing everything you need in the kitchen. My wife enjoys cooking in the villa some days as well as eating out at local restaurants. The pool and gardens are second to none with awesome views across Coral Bay and the sea. Coral Bay is only a fifteen minute walk away. We enjoy walking to the amenities in Coral Bay and find the villa really well placed. The local Irish Pub is a 10 minute walk away and Corallia Beach Hotel a further five minutes. We have never been disappointed with our stays here and will be back again.

"An Excellent Winter Break in our Favourite Holiday Villa" (16th March 2015) – 5/5 – ROGER WHITFORD stay in November 2014 - We have previously had great summer holidays in Villa Coralie so this time we thought we would try much later in the year. What an inspired decision. We had reservations about going in November because of the weather but we needn't have worried. The first week the daytime temperatures ranged from 23-27 degrees; the second week was a bit cooler but was still 21-23 degrees. Perfect; sunbathing every day. The only rain we saw in two weeks were two nighttime storms. Of course the days were relatively short with the sun having gone by about 4.45, and the temperature did drop but we never felt cold indoors and it was possible to sit outside with warm clothing. Coral Bay was quite quiet but restaurants and cafes were still open, meanwhile, Paphos was still buzzing and as lively as ever. As usual we enjoyed staying in Villa Coralie with its location and facilities and now it has UK television channels! We didn't really watch much but it was nice to have it to see the occasional programme we would watch at home. All in all another delightful break in our favourite holiday villa!

"Great Family Holiday" (3rd March 2014) – 5/5 – JONATHAN SAYERS stay in June 2013 - We visited Villa Coralie last June (sorry for late review, only just got round to it), When we arrived at the airport we got our car hire for the week and made our way to the villa. The instructions were pretty clear......... we only took one wrong turn. The villa itself was a welcome sight and looked from the outside just as wonderful as it did in the pictures. On the inside the villa was fantastic. It was fresh, modern and clean, the pool and garden just topped it off. We had our 4 year old daughter with us and she was so excited to be there, the villa and most definatly the pool got the thumbs up from her. As we had our daughter with us we drove everywhere, but on foot Coral Bay was apx a 15 minutes walk away and Phillipos supermarket around 10 minutes walk away. Phillipos supermarket was great for all our food and domestic needs, and if you like to BBQ's visit the meat counter at Phillipos and get some Peyia chicken kebabs.......... Every morning we would visit somewhere different in the car from Coralie beech, Paphos Harbour, Tomb of the Kings, Pahos Village, Polis beech, Aphrodites baths, Paphos Archaeological park and Aphrodites rock. Then every afternoon we would spend it lazing round the bliss. Our daughter even learnt to swim on this holiday. She also made friend with Tommy .... a rather chatty tom cat from next door. We alternated eating in (alfresco bbq's) and eating out in coral bay...........your be spoilt for choice. The management team Lynne and Allan were very friendly and very helpful if we had any questions. The villa was kept immaculate and the pool too. It amazed us too how quietly the pool was cleaned by Allan that early in the morning. Even on our return journey to Paphos airports was fun (lovely chatty staff in the duty free). All in all we had a brilliant holiday and we would love to return ....... 2014 is out of the questions as most weeks that suit us have been snapped up but in the future we do hope to return. Lastly..... thank you Villa Coralie for making our holiday feel like home from home.

"The ideal location for a relaxing holiday" (17th August 2013) – 5/5 – ROGER WHITFORD stay in June 2013 - We found Villa Coralie to be the ideal location for the type of relaxing holiday we want. This delightful villa is in a peaceful yet convenient setting with stunning views from the back garden to Coral Bay, the Sea and even as far as Paphos. It is within easy walking distance of Coral Bay (we didn't bother with a car as we'd been to Cyprus many times before) with its restaurants, bars, beach and regular bus service to Paphos. Our walk to the nearby Philippos Supermarket was enhanced by a shortcut through a banana field! The villa itself is comfortable and well-equipped with extremely attractive gardens and pool area; perfect for whiling away the hot days and warm nights with a good book, a cooling drink and the occasional dip in the pool. Allen, the Property Manager, was extremely friendly and helpful (we didn't meet Lynne as she was back in England however she had kindly fulfilled our welcome pack requests). Nothing was too much trouble for him. We also found it reassuring that the property managers were next door if we needed them. How much did we enjoy our 8 day holiday in Villa Coralie? Well, as soon as we got home we booked a 4 week holiday there next year! Thank you, Richard.

"Great villa in a quiet location" (16th August 2013) – 5/5 – JO & RICHARD AHERN stay in August 2013 - We found the villa itself to be excellent - very quiet and conveniently located - a good supermarket is a 10 minute walk away and Coral Bay 15 minutes so is easy to get to. Local buses are good although we hired a car as it made getting around that much easier, especially when going further afield. Beware of hire firm practices though as many charge you (high prices) for a full tank & expect it to be returned empty ! The villa is finished off to a high standard with good quality furnishings ( e.g. very comfortable beds; comfortable sofas etc). It was really hot while we were there so the ceiling fans & air con were a real help as was the pool which was a really good size, very well looked after and the water was lovely and warm! Access to the internet (small extra charge) was also a bonus as it meant the kids could go on their tablets while sitting by the pool! Richard gave us a lot of useful information before we went to Cyprus while Lynne & Allen, who manage the villa were great - very helpful, giving lots of useful local advice and were very accommodating. Coral Bay itself was a nice little place - we tried a number of the restaurants and couldn’t find a bad one amongst them (Coral King; Coral Grove; Andrias etc). The kids spent a lot of time going round the souvenir shops!. We didn’t spend too much time on the beach (why would we when we had a private pool!!) but we did go on one occasion to Corali Beach (quieter than Coral Beach) & with warm water & soft sand it was a great way to spend a few hours. All in all we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend a stay at Villa Coralie - thank you for making it a great holiday for us

"A perfect home from home" (16th August 2013) – 5/5 – LINDA & IAN HUNTON stay in July 2013 - We recently returned from our third trip to Villa Coralie and are already looking forward to the next one. The villa is beautifully finished and furnished with the dishwasher and washing machine being very useful. Beds are comfortable and both bathrooms have excellent showers. The highlight for us is the large garden which has many mature shrubs, fabulous views to the sea and mountains, and a recently refurbished pool with cover. There are numerous places to sit, including a shady pergola with a lemon tree growing close by. There are several tavernas and an Indian restaurant less than 5 minutes walk away and a slightly longer walk takes you into Coral Bay resort where there is a huge selection of restaurants and bars. Supermarkets and kiosks are also on hand and - arriving late - we were very pleased with the option of a welcome package of tea, coffee, milk and bread provided by the managers. Coral Bay is well placed for exploring the island - in particular driving up to the Troodos mountains or to the Akamas peninsula. Overall we found Villa Coralie excellent value for money compared to other villas of the same quality and location and would not hesitate to recommend it.

"WONDERFUL RELAXING STAY....................AGAIN" (12th August 2013) – 5/5 – JOY BREAKELL stay in July 2013 - This is our 2nd time & my 2nd review for this property. We re-booked as soon as we returned for this year, The whole place is so clean & private, not overlooked. The description given by the owners is just spot on. I rarely give anything 5 stars, but we just can't fault it. To open your doors every morning to wonderful sunshine & your very own private pool, then a few steps to the large gazebo (so necessary) to drink your first coffee is the beginning of the most peaceful day in your own private part of holiday heaven. Lynne & Allen are always on hand if you do need them & nothing is too much trouble for them, Allen cleans the pool so silently, that we knew he had been, but never heard him, he must be an early riser as I'm usually up and around for 7.30. The proximity to 'civilisation', is just right. Not too far away but not close enough to be a nuisance. The local supermarket stocks everthing, even the most surprising things, I hadn't seen 'omo' since my Mom used it years ago, but there it was! The only thing we couldn't find was couscous, ....but we lived. If you want peace & tranquility & a real home from home, look no further, this place is for you.

"Amazing holiday at fantastic villa" (12th August 2013) – 5/5 – FRANK HOLDEN stay in July 2013 - We booked Villa Coralie for my husband-to-be's family to stay at for a week in July as we were getting married out there. We also booked various accommodation for the remainder of our 40 guests. Villa Coralie was the only accommodation we booked that met and exceeded expectation. My in-laws had a fabulous week, the pool and the garden are amazing. The villa is spotless, homely and very comfortable. The added bonus of having Lynne and Allen next door to deal with any queries or problems was the icing on the cake - they were very helpful, friendly and informative. This was the first villa holiday my in-laws have booked, but won't be the last! Having stayed at the beautiful villa coralie they are now fully converted to villa holidays! All in all, a great place to stay for a relaxing holiday, would definitely recommend!

"Fantastic relaxing holiday!" (11th August 2013) – 5/5 – LEE PICKERING stay in June 2013 - This is the third time we have visited villa coralie! We have visited with different family members and friends who all loved it as much as we did! My auntie and uncle stayed 3 and a and a half weeks and didn't want to leave! The villa is on a quiet street with a stunning view and isn't over looked giving privacy by the amazing pool! You definitely need a lilo to float around and soak up the sun!! It is a 10 minute walk to the bars and restaurants which is nice as you can have the peace and quiet but then walk down to the activity if you want! Lots of nice food- try all the restaurants - we gave marks out of 10 each night! Lots to see and do in paphos- you must visit Hobos near the castle! Hire a car from Maria's on the strip - Alan from next door pointed us in the right direction! It is nice having Lynn and Alan next door for help and advice and they offered to fetch us shopping before we got our car! BBQ and seating area lovely to have a beer, read a book and watch the sun go down over the fields! Would recommend to anyone wanting a total get away relaxation holiday!

"Another fabulous visit (our third)" (11th August 2013) – 5/5 – ALISON & MARK stay in May 2013  - The villa is superb. It's very well equipped inside and especially outside. If you want to lie in the sun there are very comfortable loungers but if, like me, you want the shade, there is a fabulous gazebo with chairs and a large table. It's great for al fresco dining. The pool is large and kept clean to a very high standard by the managers who just happen to live next door. They are the most helpful, friendly couple you are ever likely to meet. This is our favourite villa by a long way.

"Perfect Location, Perfect Villa, Perfect Holiday!"(18TH November 2012) – 5/5 – KAILASH MISTRY stay in November 2012 - Everything as stated on the website, just can’t fault it. A car is not necessary as the beach, the supermarket and bars/restaurants are all within 10 mins walk. However I would recommend a torch as it does get dark at 5pm in Oct/Nov and not all roads are well lit. Regular bus routes to Paphos and just 1 Euro per person. We had a very relaxing time and will have some great memories sitting by the pool eating out on the warm evenings and then going out for cheeky drinks. Perfect for chilling & relaxing to the max!!!

"WONDERFUL VILLA STAY IN CYPRUS" (21ST September 2012) – 5/5 – NIGEL BARRICK & FAMILY stay in August 2012 - We had a lovely holiday at your villa. The location was very conveinent and so quiet, but near enough for the restuarants in Coral Bay,the villa was really comfortable and clean. We had a very relaxing time and will have some great memories sitting by the pool eating out on the warm evenings, cannot remember using a swimming pool so much ,it was a great size, set in a lovely garden. Hope to return again and would recommend it to anyone

"Great Villa and pool" (9th August 2012) – 5/5 – TRACY & FAMILY stay in July 2012 - This is a great villa and pool. Well equipped, in a quiet location and very private around the pool area. Although it is fairly close to walk to the beach and shops you do have to bear in mind the time of year and the heat in July/August. We found it was unbearable to walk (especially with a child) and I would advise you rent a car for this purpose and to get around. I would also recommend you ask for a welcome pack prior to arrival (we did not realise you can ask for this). We thought there might be some basic provisions on arrival e.g. bread, milk, tea, coffee etc, but we arrived late at night and nothing was provided and with no hire car and a small child, we were stuck. However, Lynne and Allen (the villa managers) came to our rescue and even took us to a the supermarket and to get a hire car the next day - they were absolute treasures. All in all a great holiday

"just perfect" (16th July 2012) -5/5 – JOY BREAKELL stay in June 2012 - Just can't fault this place. There were no nasty surprises as you can sometimes experience. It was just as the details stated. Great location, not too far from 'civilisation', not overlooked. Immensely clean. Great to have a pool on site for your own use. We didn't have a car, but this was not an issue as the walk in the evening took just 15 minutes into Coral Bay. Everything you could wish for in a complete home from home, but with sunshine! We didn't cook there, but eat out every night & had great food locally. The local supermarket provided everything you could wish to buy. Maybe a delivery service would be beneficial. If you want to chill & have no pressure..........this is the place. This was our first villa experience & we will be back.

"The perfect accommodation for Cyprus" (4th June 2012) – 5/5 – TILANI & FRIENDS from South Africa stay in May 2012  - Villa Coralie is the perfect accommodation for vacationing in Cyprus. It is very centrally located and walking distance from the supermarket. It is spacious and comfortable, in that it is well equipped, with all essentials, including a dishwasher. The swimming pool can easily prevent one from actually going to the beach! The villa is tranquil and the photos on the website hardly does it any justice! We rented a car for our 10 day stay, which is a must, if one enjoys to meander.

Reviews prior to 2012 (pre-Trip Advisor for Villa Coralie):

We had a lovely time in your beautiful Villa and spent most of the time in the great sized pool, thank you so much. The weather was very warm, and from talking to Lynne and Alan, August looks to be even hotter!!I have to say the villa was perfectly placed for Coral Bay, and it's many great restaurants, and yet also only a short drive to Paphos and the pretty Marina.  We would definitely return to the area, and would be sure to approach you again. Lynne and Alan, have just the right balance by the way, to being around, but not being intrusive. We were fairly self-sufficient but it was lovely knowing that they were on hand if we needed them, I am sure when the holiday snaps come out a few of our friends will enquire about the villa!!  Thanks once again
Simon Malek-Jahanian (July 2011)

My family and I stayed in Villa Coralie in April '11. We had a lovely time there. The house itself is very well appointed and sits in a quiet residential street. It is not overlooked at the rear and the grounds and pool are very well tended. The house is just a short walk from the centre of Coral Bay with its bars and restaurants and is also close to the beach. I would happily recommend Villa Coralie to anyone."
Dan Cunningham & Family (April 2011)

We thought we should tell you how much we enjoyed our stay at Villa Coralie.  It was our first "Villa" experience but we are completely hooked.  We don't want to do anything else from now on.  The house is very well equipped although we resisted using the washing machine.  The freedom to do what you want, when you want was wonderful, although floating in the 24 deg pool was pretty near the top of the activity list.
We did see some of the island in our appalling Kia Picanto which really struggled to get into the mountains.  We found ourselves in a goat farm once but the farmer didn't seem to mind.
Being Aug/Sept it was very hot (34 degs) so most evenings we simply walked to the Coral Breeze restaurant round the corner where Chrissie had the wine carafe ready for us most nights.
You have found two gems in your Property Managers (live nearby) who were extremely helpful.
Ian & Lynda Hutton (Sept 2010 & rebooked in 2011)

I stayed at Villa Coralie with my parents and daughter and we had the most relaxing holiday ever, the villa and its gardens are beautiful we spent most days just relaxing by the pool and our evenings too were quite often spent chatting and having a BBQ it was just so nice to be in such a lovely location.
It is only a short walk into the town where there are many nice restaurants and bars we especially liked the Chinese restaurant. I would thoroughly recommend this villa and will definitely return for a holiday here.
Jacqueline Burke & Family (July 2010)

Just wanted to drop you a quick note to say thank you for a lovely holiday, the villa is truly lovely, so quiet and be honest we didn't want to leave!  Please thank your Property Managers for us as they were really helpful in giving us directions to walk in to Coral Bay etc, I'm sure they saved us a good 5 minutes on the journey, which we were thankful for as it was so hot!  We would love to return next year.
Debra Bridgland (August 2010 & rebooked in 2011)

We have spent two lovely & relaxing holidays at Villa Coralie. The villa is really well equipped with top quality appliances and furniture. The gardens are lovely and the pool is great.  The views from the balconies of both bedrooms are superb. It's lovely to sit out with a sundowner looking over the fields to the sea.
Coral Bay itself with restaurants, bars and shops is within easy walking distance down a rural country lane. There is also an excellent Supermarket within a 10 minutes walk from the Villa.
We had an excellent relaxing holiday and are going to book it for next year. We would recommend it to anyone who enjoys the freedom and independence of a villa holiday or who is trying it for the first time.
John and Kate Reynolds (May 2008 & May 2010)

The villa was immaculate when we arrived sheets, towels etc. were all there & lovely clean.
Thank you for letting us stay till 12.30pm on Sunday it was great not having to vacate the villa early.
Beautiful villa & pool with lovely view & not overlooked, great location for shops, beach & airport. Thanks again for a lovely holiday - we won't hesitate to recommend the villa to our friends.
